Dr. Gatto has been serving the Jamestown, NY and Warren, PA communities for over 25 years. He is committed to providing personalized, evidence-informed chiropractic care that addresses the whole patient — not just the symptoms. His approach combines hands-on chiropractic techniques with rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, and patient education to deliver lasting results. Dr. Gatto believes in building long-term relationships with his patients and supporting their overall health and wellness at every stage of life.

Sandra has always believed in holistic care and that the human body can heal itself when given the right tools. Her own success with Nutrition Response Testing led her to pursue training herself, which introduced her to MFT/Biofield Technique — a method that discovers health challenges at a cellular level. This inspired her to train under Dr. Frank Springob, the developer of the technique. MFT is a non-invasive, preventative form of muscle response testing. It works with the body's energy field — an extension of the nervous system — to identify challenges the body is facing and provide natural solutions. Results come through lifestyle changes, whole food supplementation, herbs, and homeopathy, addressing root causes rather than symptoms. Sandra also offers Therapeutic Massage.

Becky is the founder of Karuna Healing Hands, a woman-owned massage therapy and Reiki practice that began in her home after years as an independent contractor. She worked as a massage therapist through her pregnancies and earned her Reiki 3 certification during that time. Becky now operates Karuna Healing Hands in shared space with Dr. Rob Gatto's office. She tailors each session to the client's needs — whether for therapeutic treatment or general relaxation — using deep tissue techniques, trigger point work, table Thai, and manual lymphatic drainage among other tools. Becky views the body as a map, listening carefully to locate musculoskeletal tension and helping clients release it, whether the cause is physical pain or emotional stress. She believes trapped energy can manifest as physical, mental, and spiritual pain, and that effective massage can help clients feel taller, looser, lighter, and refreshed — ultimately helping remedy chronic pain.

Thomas focuses on tailoring each massage to the client's individual needs. He specializes in deep tissue massage for specific areas affected by injury and overuse — especially headaches — and also offers full body relaxation massage. No-Fault (auto insurance) accepted.

Mary has been the welcoming face of Dr. Gatto's Warren, PA office for 15 years. Before joining the practice, she worked as a certified pharmacy technician at various pharmacies in the Warren area. What Mary loves most about her role is the atmosphere and the patients — "The patients are like family and they make you feel a part of their lives." Jill came to Dr. Gatto's office as a patient first. After a car accident in 2023, she began treatment with Dr. Gatto and experienced firsthand how transformative chiropractic care can be in recovery. Inspired to help others feel better, she joined the practice in 2024. She genuinely enjoys connecting with patients and finds it rewarding to see how chiropractic care reduces chronic pain, maintains spinal health, and improves overall physical function. Jill works closely with Mary at the Warren, PA office to keep both locations running smoothly.

Donna assists at both the Jamestown and Warren offices with filing, scanning, and filling in wherever needed. Before joining Dr. Gatto's team, she spent many years at WCA and JAMA handling secretarial tasks including credentialing, payroll, and hiring. She genuinely enjoys working with both office managers and considers Dr. Gatto an excellent boss. In her spare time, Donna volunteers for ToN (Tutoring Our Neighbors).
